About Tom Lahiff
Thomas M. Lahiff, Jr.
Tom is currently a consultant on document management and e-discovery practice. He previously served for 17 years in various capacities in the corporate litigation group of Citigroup Inc., most recently as Assistant General Counsel, where he was responsible for a broad range of litigation matters and worked on developing and implementing a document retention schedule and legal hold processes.
Tom graduated from Seton Hall University Law Center and clerked for Chief Justice Hughes of the New Jersey Supreme Court. He was also an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School, where he taught courses on criminal law and procedure.
