CGOC Summit 2007

February 7-8, 2007, Scottsdale, Arizona
3rd Annual CGOC Summit Sets the Tone for the Year
Each year, CGOC launches with a Summit for corporate stakeholders in retention and litigation. With the advent of the new Federal Rules, this year’s Summit moves beyond planning to focus squarely on retention and legal holds practices. With expert speakers from Citigroup, Prudential, Halliburton, TD Bank and other companies, the 2007 Summit will provide case studies on legal holds practices, reducing legacy data and costs, working models for retention, and preparing for discovery conferences and disclosures.
- A legal holds practices panel with Prudential and Halliburton
- Mock preparation of IT and records witnesses with AlixPartners
- Turning legacy data and retention schedules into cost savings with Citigroup
- Legal holds project management for attorneys with TD Bank
- Critical discussion on accessibility, data sources, and disclosure requirements
- Delegates dinner February 7th and breakfast, lunch and dinner February 8th are included
